Market Background & Project Overview

As the poultry sector in West Africa shifts toward industrialization, producers in Senegal are increasingly seeking reliable, high-capacity solutions to stabilize hatch rates despite volatile ambient conditions. Wuxi ONELYE recently completed the export of a comprehensive hatchery system to Senegal, designed to provide a centralized and automated production environment. This project highlights our 40 years of expertise in manufacturing egg incubators that meet rigorous international standards.

Client & Application Scenario

The client required a scalable solution to manage a high-volume throughput of over 80,000 eggs per cycle. The primary challenge in the Senegalese climate is maintaining consistent internal temperatures and humidity. The application demanded equipment that could withstand corrosion and provide 24/7 operational stability with minimal manual intervention.

The ONELYE Technical Solution

We deployed a high-performance configuration consisting of 12 ELT-57600S setters and 8 ELT-28800H hatchers, supported by a complete auxiliary ecosystem:

  • Advanced Environmental Control: The ELT-57600S setters include an integrated CO2 control function that automatically manages ventilation based on real-time measurements to ensure optimal embryo development.

  • Industrial-Grade Insulation: Cabinets are constructed from high-quality 75mm (setters) and 48mm (hatchers) Fiberglass panels with XPS foam cores, providing superior anti-corrosion and thermal insulation properties.

  • Component Reliability: Critical control parts feature world-renowned brands, including Schneider main switches and Siemens fan relays.

  • Redundancy for Safety: Every machine is equipped with a backup control system to maintain operation in the event of a primary controller failure.

  • Automated Auxiliary Workflow: The solution includes vacuum egg lifters (0.37KW), chick automatic injectors with 0.01ml dosage accuracy, and a high-pressure hatcher basket washer (300-400 baskets/hour).

The entire system, totaling 257,750 USD (EXW), was loaded into seven 40HQ containers for secure transit to Senegal. The client specifically noted the efficiency of the Central Control System, which allows office-based monitoring of up to 200 machines via wireless connection, providing real-time failure alarms.

Summary

Through this project, Wuxi ONELYE demonstrated that "consistency" is achieved through parametric precision. By utilizing 304 stainless steel components, AirTAC pneumatic systems, and high-accuracy Pt1000 sensors, we ensure that our West African partners can achieve predictable, high-yield results in any climate.
